Registered Nurse (RN), Full Time On Call Runner

Bayada Home Health is currently seeking an experienced registered nurse, RN, for a position on‑call and performing emergency night home health visits if needed. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per‑visit basis throughout Hudson County, NJ.

Rotating schedule – on‑call from 5pm to 8:30am, one week on and the next off (starting Wed‑Tuesday each week).

Full time compensation and benefits but only work 26 weeks out of the year.

Prior home care experience strongly preferred.

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and during weekend days and evenings.
• Perform assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.

• Current licensed RN in NJ.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

$62.00 - $72.00 per point, dependent upon qualifications and subject to negotiation.
