RN​/LPN Unit Manager

Now Hiring: RN/ LPN Unit Manager Complete Care Harborage (North Bergen, NJ) –

Hours:

Full time, morning shift (NO WKND & NO On-Call Requirements!)

Salary: 105,/ year (based on experience and licensure)

• Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines
• Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure smooth recovery process for residents
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator

• Unencumbered active New Jersey RN or LPN license
• 2+ years of experience in long term care
• Proficient in PCC
• Experience as a Unit Manager in LTC
• Prior experience in managing staff preferred
