MJHS is seeking a Hospice Field Admission Nurse (RN) to perform initial physical and psychosocial assessments of potential hospice patients. Assessments may occur in private homes, hospitals, or nursing facilities, with admissions to the Hospice program following NHPCO standards.
The ideal candidate holds an Associates/Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred), 2+ years in relevant nursing settings, and an active NYS RN license with a NYS driver’s license.
