12-hour shift! 7AM - 7PM Every Other Weekend
Complete Care at Harborage - North Bergen, NJ
This is an immediate need!
RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
- Partner with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
- Oversee daily clinical operations
Qualifications:
- Active NJ RN license + extensive leadership experience
- MUST HAVE nurse supervisory experience in a long‑term care facility
- PCC experience
- Strong communicator and problem‑solver
- Dedicated, hardworking, excellent work ethic, reliable
