In this Part-Time Budtender role, you will be trained to provide sales service to our customers in the “front of the house” all while upholding excellence in compliance and retail experience. • Provide a memorable customer experience by welcoming all guests with a warm and “eager to serve” approach, educating them on options and recommending products that meet their needs, processing/cashing out their orders and inviting them to return
• Ensure sales floor is properly stocked and store presence is well‑maintained
• Consistently communicate and collaborate with team members, supervisors and general managers to ensure retail store operations run smoothly and aligned with our mission
• Follow retail store operations and compliance guidelines including verification protocols, proper documentation, and safety measures
• Assist with delivery operations which might include delivering product(s) to customers

• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid license or state
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without restrictions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass required background checks

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in an inventory, customer service, retail or sales role is preferred
• High level of aptitude with POS systems, databases & other tech hard/software
• Communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills that adapt to different personalities and situations
• Proactive demeanor that shows flexibility, adaptability, and ability to balance tasks
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to follow directions
• Coachable, open to feedback and eager to continuously grow within a team environment
• Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system, and cannabis therapies – previous knowledge a HUGE plus!

This position requires the employee to frequently remain stationary (sitting or standing) up to 50% of the time or more on occasion. Employees will frequently operate a computer and/or other machinery. Employees may be required to frequently lift and carry boxes of more than 10 pounds and may occasionally be required to lift boxes of more than 30 pounds. The person in this position frequently communicates with staff members, leadership and customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in various types of customer service, employee relations, business, and/or retail situations.

The position requires work at irregular hours, e.g. nights and weekends, overtime, alternating shifts.
