Entry Level Territory Sales Representative

Compensation:
Salary Range $60,000-$80,000 top performers earning commissions easily earn $85,000 or more.

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our AT&T partnerships team. This role is perfect for candidates who are ambitious, driven, and looking to gain valuable face‑to‑face sales and account management experience with the opportunity to grow into leadership roles.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and sales teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Support independent sales organizations (ISOs) and partners in driving AT&T sales.
• Conduct training sessions, in-store demonstrations, and new hire coaching for sales associates.
• Visit partner locations daily to monitor compliance, resolve customer escalations, and ensure the AT&T brand is represented effectively.

• 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer-facing experience (wireless/telecom experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel daily between stores within assigned territory (driver’s license and reliable transportation required).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
