Overview
Doorperson/Security position at Milstein Properties in North Bergen, NJ. Responsibilities- Welcoming residents and guests
- Staying alert and undistracted to monitor entrances, exits, and security systems
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front desk area
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Liaising with building management and maintenance staff to respond to emergencies
- Receiving all mail/packages and ensuring proper distribution
- Assisting residents as needed
- High School diploma or GED
- Able to read and observe surroundings
- Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility, and force necessary
- Execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity
- Maintain a professional level of stress tolerance
- Possess ability to adapt to changing environment
