As an Assistant Manager, you will be right at the heart of the action, supporting your General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, running smooth shifts, and leading a vibrant team with confidence.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be:

• Coach and support your team to be their very best
• Drive outstanding service and create great energy on the floor
• Assist with rotas, stock management, training, and team development
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests and team members love
