[Location] £22.00 per hour (Temporary) | £41,000 per annum (Permanent) Monday
- Friday | Full Time We're currently recruiting for an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong building fabric background looking to secure a long-term position within a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive building fabric repairs Carpentry and joinery works including doors, locks, skirting and ironmongery Painting, decorating and general making good Ceiling, flooring and partition repairs Basic plumbing and general maintenance duties Building inspections, fault finding and remedial repairs Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

The Ideal Candidate :
Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer, Building Maintenance Technician or Multi-Trader Strong carpentry/joinery and building fabric experience Experience working within commercial Facilities Management Good fault-finding ability and attention to detail Full UK driving licence (if required) What's on Offer £22.00 per hour while temporary Permanent salary of £41,000 Monday to Friday working pattern Stable, long-term opportunity with a leading FM provider Immediate start available If you're an experienced Fabric Engineer looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
