RoleXometry is looking for a driven and customer-focused Staff Product Manager to significantly enhance the buyer journey on our marketplace. In this role, you will be crucial in optimizing the user experience and driving engagement and conversion within the storefront and key interactions of mechanical engineers and procurement managers (buyers) seeking to get an instant quote for manufacturing their parts. You will contribute to product strategy and execute a seamless, intuitive, and efficient buyer experience, collaborating with design and engineering teams to optimize buyer interactions from discovery through checkout.

Roadmap:
Define and execute the product strategy for the Buyer Experience and Storefront, ensuring alignment with Xometry’s business goals and a low-friction buyer journey across touchpoints. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, design, user research, and data science teams to align on priorities, roadmaps, and successful execution, launch, and user adoption of new capabilities.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data, market insights, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Define and monitor KPIs to track success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the buyer’s experience by leveraging customer insights to create exceptional digital experiences across storefront and key journey stages.
- Feature Development & Optimization: Drive continuous improvements to the marketplace, removing friction and streamlining the path to purchase within storefront and critical buyer flows.
- Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, presenting updates, insights, and product opportunities related to your domain.
- Leverage Cutting-Edge Build Technology: Utilize advanced genAI tools across the development stack to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and delivery.
As a Staff Product Manager, Buyer Experience & Storefront
, you will directly impact Xometry’s growth by driving measurable improvements across the buyer’s journey and storefront. Success will be defined by:
- Growth & Category Adoption: Expand the marketplace by simplifying adoption of new manufacturing processes and categories and increasing buyer engagement and repeat purchases.
- Buyer Acquisition & Engagement: Optimize landing pages and pre-purchase flows to enhance buyer acquisition and conversion.
- Purchase Flow Optimization: Improve the core purchase flow to minimize buyer effort and increase conversion, speeding quoting and purchasing interactions.
- Strategic Integrations: Support integrations with neighborhood products (e.g., CAD software) through a seamless quoting and buying experience.
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketplaces, particularly in B2B, e-commerce, or SaaS, with a focus on optimizing the buyer experience and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive product performance.
- Experience working across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and customer success with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with ability to contribute to product vision and deliver results that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to drive change in a fast-paced, scaling organization with comfort in ambiguity and adaptability.
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $180, annually + commission, dependent on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
