cw is seeking a Lead Operating Engineer to ensure efficient operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at the designated facility in North Bethesda, MD. The role may be the sole engineer onsite and may supervise maintenance staff as needed.
You will conduct preventive maintenance, coordinate with outside contractors, manage inventories, respond to emergencies, and deliver monthly operation reports while following safety guidelines.
