Up to $110K Base + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits

We’ve partnered with a respected and growing private wealth management firm in the Bethesda area seeking a client-facing Service Advisor to join its advisory team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed financial professional with wealth management experience who wants meaningful client interaction, hands‑on financial planning responsibility, and a clear path toward expanded advisory leadership.

This is not a back‑office role. This position offers real client exposure and strategic involvement in planning and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update comprehensive financial plans for high‑net‑worth clients
  • Participate in client meetings in first‑ and second‑chair capacities
  • Present planning recommendations and support investment discussions
  • Conduct investment analysis and assist with portfolio construction and rebalancing
  • Develop asset allocation strategies and Investment Policy Statements
  • Coordinate onboarding of new clients and asset transfers
  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and the investment committee
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase wallet share
  • Support client retention through proactive communication and exceptional service
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience (Financial Services).
  • Active Series 7 and 66 licenses (required).
  • CFP® designation or actively pursuing certification preferred.
  • Strong public speaking and client presentation skills.
  • Excellent project and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and planning accuracy.
  • Client‑first mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
