Target Salary Range
$50,000 - $52,000
* This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary
Position OverviewResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems.
- Install and Image software on laptops and workstations.
- Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities
- Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinates with Management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.
- Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content.
- Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer's processes.
- Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include, site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
:
- HS + 5 years of experience in Information Technology
- BS +3 years of experience in Information Technology.
Skills
:
- Experience troubleshooting Hardware/Software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Requires skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have active interim Secret clearance or above.
- Must be able to travel to Washington, DC to deploy equipment.
