Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect (CE / CRM) with Security Clearance
Hyer Tek is seeking a Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, with a primary focus on Customer Service and Field Service. This role will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations across federal and enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in D365 Customer Experience, Power Platform, integrations, and enterprise architecture, along with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions. Requirements
Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service solutions across enterprise environments.
Define and maintain solution architecture, environment strategy, and governance standards for D365 and Power Platform.
Architect and oversee case management, service workflows, SLAs, work orders, scheduling, and Omnichannel capabilities.
Design and guide integrations between D365, external systems, Azure services, and enterprise data platforms.
Provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle (design, development, deployment, and sustainment).
Lead solution design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices.
Establish and enforce security models, roles, business units, and governance frameworks within Dynamics 365.
Guide development of customizations including plugins, workflows, APIs, and Power Platform extensions.
Ensure alignment with Microsoft architecture patterns, release management practices, and platform constraints.
Lead environment and deployment strategy across Dev, Test, and Production.
Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
Act as an escalation point for complex production and integration issues.
Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, security, infrastructure) to drive successful delivery.
Mentor developers and contribute to technical standards, reusable assets, and best practices.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service and Field Service) architecture.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale D365 and Power Platform solutions.
Deep understanding of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and D365 customization frameworks.
Strong development background with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics plugins/APIs.

Experience with system integrations, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise architecture patterns.
Experience defining security models, governance, and environment strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to operate as a technical lead in client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect, Dynamics 365 certifications).

Experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and managed solution deployments.
Experience supporting federal or public sector clients.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Compensation
The salary range for this position is $150,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits
