Registered Nurse PACU Team Lead (Ambulatory Surgery Center)

An ambulatory surgery center volume has increased, looking for a PACU nurse to work as staff nurse 2 days and the other 2 days leadership collaborating with the Administrator!

The Ambulatory Surgery center has 2 OR rooms, mostly orthopedic, podiatry; half are pain procedures, total of around 300 per month. As well as PACU rooms with self-scheduling.

• Administrator believes the benefit of working for an ASC, Ambulatory Surgery Center, is to have a balance between work/life.
• The staff and management have the flexibility on the hours they work during week.
• Schedule: Mon thru Friday no weekends and no holidays!
• Hours: (10hr shifts)
• 2 days work with Administrator on triage calls, ordering meds, acquiring speciality supplies for surgery learning different aspects of an ASC.
• The other 2 days working as a PACU nurse. However can eventually grow into a full time PACU Team Lead role.

• Medical benefits:
  Covered at 90% for individual and 80% for the rest of the family!
• PTO: 3 weeks of PTO
• Hourly Rate: $44.00/hr to $50.00/hr

• Current Valid Nursing license
• Recent PACU experience, at least two years, in an ASC environment.
• DO NOT NEED BSN DEGREE!
