Lead Project Coordinator

Position: LEAD PROJECT COORDINATOR
Job Description:

Work location– Bothell WA
-work 50% of the time at the Bothell office. The Lead Project Coordinator provides day-to-day support and assistance to the Project Manager, helping keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward. This role handles scheduling, documentation, communication, and reporting activities that allow the project team to stay focused on delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and an excellent communicator who is comfortable working across teams and keeping many moving parts in order.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support and assistance to the Project Manager across all phases of project delivery Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing notes and action items Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all materials stay current and accurate Update the project plan as tasks, timelines, and milestones evolve Assist with the collection and validation of project information to support accurate reporting and decision making Help prepare status reports and presentations for the project team and stakeholders Support project communication and training activities to keep the team and end users informed Track project details and follow up on outstanding items to keep work on schedule

Required Qualifications:

3+ years strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities fort working with project teams, stakeholders, and end users. Pay Range: $55.00 – $50.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
