** What You'll Be Doing
*** Drive ready-mix concrete (RMC) sales growth through strategic customer engagement and market development
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal partners
* Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability optimization
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
** What Are We Looking For
*** 8+ years of leadership experience in high-performance environments
* Construction materials experience (i.e., ready mix concrete, aggregates and/or cement)
* Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results
* Demonstrated capability to build trust and influence effectively with customers and stakeholders
* Solid business acumen with a focus on profitability, pricing, and market positioning
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
** Work Environment
** This role operates in a combination of office, field, and customer-facing environments. Regular travel within the assigned region is expected to support customer relationships and business growth initiatives.
