Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of post‑market surveillance processes, ensuring adherence to predefined parameters and standards.
  • Review and enhance reporting systems to track and analyze execution progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Manage team talent, including selection, performance management, compensation, and career development.
  • Design comprehensive training programs on regulatory compliance, adverse event reporting, product complaint handling, risk management, recall management, quality management systems, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct quality assurance assessments on developed communication tools, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in generating response plans.
  • Develop team management action plans, review progress, ensure timely completion, and design systematic tracking mechanisms to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Lead medium to large‑scale process improvement efforts, coordinating analysis, design, and implementation phases to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Post Market Surveillance Operations, Medical Device, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Clinical Research or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams with direct and indirect reports in complex matrix organizations and delivering on organizational objectives.
  • Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements.
  • Must be able to work in an office setting at least 3 days per week and reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA;
    Bothell, WA;
    Reedsville, PA;
    Plymouth, MN; or San Diego, CA.
  • US work authorization is required; no sponsorship will be considered.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay ranges (Annual):

  • Cambridge, MA: $134,000 – $186,000
  • Bothell, WA: $134,000 – $186,000
  • Reedsville, PA: $120,000 – $170,000
  • Plymouth, MN: $126,000 – $175,000
  • San Diego, CA: $134,000 – $186,000
Additional compensation may include annual incentive bonuses, sales commissions, or long‑term incentives. Benefits include generous PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. Equal Opportunity
