Product Manager, Regional Product & Innovation
Location: United States
Reports to: Director, Global Product Innovation & Technology
Travel: up to 30%
Responsibilities- Lead or support key product innovation initiatives, including Product Voice‑of‑Customer (VOC) activities.
- Coordinate customer advisory boards, design councils, product demonstrations, and new product development VOC validation, and set standards for collecting, aggregating, analyzing, and tracking all VOC captured.
- Partner with Robotics Engineering to launch, grow, and administer the Genie Builder Program, targeting application‑focused members building on Genie equipment for robotic tasks at height.
- Lead and coordinate the Cross‑Functional Management System (CFMS) for New Market Introduction (NMI) of models and options.
- Support TCO improvement initiatives by quantifying improvements and managing a prioritized roadmap.
- Support go‑to‑market and demand generation activities, and execute other tasks directed by the Director.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of new business development, product marketing, and sales in manufacturing and engineering environments.
- Strong analytical ability to guide sound business decisions based on research data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and delivering formal presentations.
- Strong time management, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Master’s degree in engineering or business and 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Significant experience in a similar role with sales exposure.
- Experience with TBS, training, planning, and financial analysis.
- Comfortable demonstrating the complete line of Genie products at full‑extension heights.
Salary range: $145,000 – $162,000 USD (may vary based on location). Eligible for performance bonus.
