The Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Bothell, WA, responsible for overseeing all field operations on construction projects. This role includes planning daily work activities, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring that schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations are met. The Superintendent communicates regularly with project managers, architects, and clients to track progress, resolve issues, and support timely project completion.

Daily responsibilities also include site inspections, documentation of work performed, enforcement of safety protocols, and management of materials and equipment. The Superintendent helps maintain a professional, organized jobsite and supports a collaborative environment among all project stakeholders.

• Construction management and field supervision skills, including experience coordinating subcontractors and managing schedules.
• Knowledge of building processes, architectural plans, and construction methods, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong site safety, compliance, and risk management skills, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized jobsite.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project managers, architects, clients, and field crews.
• Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of construction-related software and tools.
• Prior experience as a Superintendent or in a similar leadership role on commercial or healthcare-related construction projects.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Bothell, WA, with reliable transportation and flexibility to meet project demands.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or a degree in construction management or a related field is beneficial.
