We are seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Project Manager to lead preconstruction activities for large-scale commercial construction projects ranging from $10M-$80M.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of construction experience.
- 3-5 years as a Project Engineer (PE) and 5-7 years as a Project Manager
, with strong project management and estimating experience. - Proven experience managing and estimating $10M-$80M projects.
- Healthcare construction experience preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preconstruction planning, estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Manage projects from early design through construction handoff.
- Review plans, specifications, budgets, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Develop accurate estimates and identify cost and schedule risks.
- Provide strategic guidance throughout the preconstruction process.
