Reports to: Director of Sales
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is centered on building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers to increase engagement and utilization of DTG services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that deliver value and exceptional service.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular outreach to customers to promote DTG services and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify service needs.
- Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer operations and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing customer accounts.
- Promote new or additional company services based on customer needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service needs.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments.
- Coordinate customer meetings and service discussions as needed.
- Work collaboratively with operations and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, activity notes, and communication tracking.
- Generate and submit customer activity and relationship reports to management.
