GENERAL SUMMARY

Party Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our party customers. A Party Host sets the tone for a memorable celebration by leading fun activities for the children while the parents sit back and enjoy the party.  You will greet families, serve food and beverages, and guide children through scheduled activities, providing an exceptional experience to guests.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

* Responsible for set up and cleanup of party areas

* Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion

* Explain the rules and policies

* Accompany children during pre-arranged activities

* Serve food, beverages, and cake

* Manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests

* Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule

* Collaborate with customers to resolve issues to ensure a great experience

* Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

* Problem Anticipation/ Deductive Reasoning - Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong and then apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems and considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

* Written Comprehension and Expression - Ability to read, understand and communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.

* Oral Comprehension and Expression
-Ability to understand and communicate so others can understand ideas and information.

* Computer - Ability to develop and maintain computer records in Word, Excel and other software required by TBCC and regulatory agencies.

EXPERIENCE

* Party Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers

* Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

* Must be able to communicate clearly

* Must be able to work weekends

* Food Handler's Permit required
