What You'll Be DoingProvide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process orders, quotations, and customer transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records. Coordinate with operations, dispatch, sales, and accounting teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution. Monitor customer accounts and proactively communicate updates regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to efficient business operations.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Initiative, problem solving ability, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Primarily office based environment with regular interaction with customers, drivers, sales teams, and operational staff. Fast paced setting that requires effective multitasking, adaptability, and strong attention to detail. May require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone communication.
