About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process orders, quotations, and customer transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records. Coordinate with operations, dispatch, sales, and accounting teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution. Monitor customer accounts and proactively communicate updates regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to efficient business operations.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with business systems, technology, and data entry while maintaining accuracy.
• Initiative, problem solving ability, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Primarily office based environment with regular interaction with customers, drivers, sales teams, and operational staff. Fast paced setting that requires effective multitasking, adaptability, and strong attention to detail. May require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone communication.
