Bothell Family Dentistry –
Location: Bothell, WA. This position is full-time with competitive pay of $22-$27 per hour plus bonus programs. 401k matching, medical benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, sick pay, and uniform jackets are provided.

Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

• Front office: greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, present treatment plans and financial options, conduct new patient intake, request referrals and reviews, process payments, confirm visits, send statements, verify insurance, and support smooth office operations.
• Back office: present treatment plans, triage patients, support sterilization, turnover rooms, assist with dental charting, and provide top‑tier patient care.
• Provide mentorship to other team members and be an ultimate team player.

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a dental office.
• Detail‑oriented, caring professional with strong customer service or hospitality background preferred.
