Part‑time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12‑week hands‑on clinical training programs at Seattle Dental Assistant School – Mill Creek.

Schedule:

Saturdays, 7:00 am – 6:15 pm (breaks included; teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability).

Location:

Mill Creek, Seattle, WA (In‑Person).

Compensation: $25–$30 hr, depending on experience.

• Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques.
• Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols.
• Coach students during hands‑on lab practice.
• Provide performance feedback and skills assessments.
• Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards.
• Foster a supportive, structured learning environment.

Dental assistants — DA, RDA, or EFDA — who want to keep practicing during the week while stepping into a mentorship role on Saturdays and who are ready to make an impact beyond the chair.

• 5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience (DA, RDA, or EFDA welcome).
• Active Radiology Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience.
• Able to commute to location.

Nice‑to‑haves: prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, leadership background.
