- FTE & Salary: 0.8 FTE (0.4 Non Continuing & 0.4 Non Continuing); 2025-26 Northshore Education Association (NSEA) Salary Schedule (salary will be updated according to the 2026-27 school year salary schedule once it has been approved). Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.

Job Summary:
A classroom teacher fosters and manages a positive learning environment; develops and implements classroom lesson plans based on standards and general district guidelines; establishes learning objectives; provides instruction; uses research-proven strategies and multiple data elements to adjust instruction; sets high expectations for student achievement; counsels, disciplines, and supervises students; evaluates student performance and progress.
This posting is for a combination of 0.4 FTE Non-Continuing Mid Level & 0.4 FTE Non-Continuing ASPIRE teaching position.
