Mechanical Engineer Manager

As a leader within our Engineering Department, our Engineering Manager will be the driving force behind introducing new market-leading solutions and sustaining existing product lines. We are looking for an energetic leader ready to own their team’s success and manage multiple product lines. Your efforts in sales, operations, marketing, and quality will be critical to meeting the needs of our customers and maintaining our gold-standard reputation.

• A strong track record of solving problems and making an organization better.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with proficiency in a variety of technical disciplines and leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and Solid Works, and comfortable with a variety of hand and power tools.

Base Compensation Range: $122,100-$195,400 per year. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
