- Test Execution: Perform functional and power testing on PCBAs and electronics control boxes.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Lead failure analysis to the component level using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Instrumentation: Operate oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMMs, and signal generators.
- Data Management: Record test results, identify failure trends, and report to engineering teams.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to DFM/DFT reviews and refine test procedures.
- System Integration: Assist with cable harness management and electromechanical assembly.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years testing complex electro‑mechanical or optical systems (aerospace, medical, etc.).
- Technical
Skills:
Ability to read electrical schematics and wire lists; SMT and PTH soldering skills. - Software: Proficiency with Linux/Unix command line interfaces.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Automation:
Experience with
Python scripts for automated testing. - Tools: Familiarity with PLM, Jira, Confluence, and ERP software.
- Specialization: Background in RF testing or high‑precision analog control.
- Certifications: Industry standards such as IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑J‑STD‑001, or IPC/WHMA‑A‑620.
