Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations;
Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings and comply with regulatory procedures;
Provide onboarding and training to new tellers and support branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls;
Represent the branch during morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs and promote bank products and services to clients
