This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Licensed Occupational Therapist, located in Bothell, WA. The Occupational Therapist will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for children from birth to ten years of age with motor and developmental impairments. Key responsibilities include collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members, providing support and education to families, and documenting treatment progress. The role entails working with various diagnoses, including but not limited to autism, developmental delays, and sensory processing issues, all while contributing to a team‑oriented environment focused on a child’s development and well‑being.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy for motor or developmental impairments
- Background in Medicine and Rehabilitation, with knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and treatment approaches
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with families, team members, and community resources in creating and implementing treatment plans
- Experience in Pediatrics, particularly with children aged from birth to ten years and a variety of pediatric conditions
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington State
- Ability to work on‑site in Bothell, WA
- Passion for working with children and their families to achieve developmental goals
- Experience in interdisciplinary team environments is highly valued
