Health Source of Bothell is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art 2,400 sq ft clinic featuring three private treatment rooms, a large open rehab space, spinal decompression, and Class IV laser therapy. We take a holistic, functional, and rehab-based approach to chiropractic care that delivers real outcomes for patients.
As part of Health Source, the nation’s largest chiropractic and progressive rehab franchise, you will have access to proven systems, clinical training, and business mentorship that allow you to focus on growth—not guesswork.
The OpportunityThis role is designed for an early-career chiropractor or new graduate who wants to accelerate their development and step into leadership faster than the traditional associate path. You will receive structured mentorship, hands‑on training, and operational support to become a high‑performing clinician and future Clinic Director.
Schedule & Compensation- Monday–Friday (occasional community events on weekends)

What You’ll Do- Perform comprehensive patient exams and assessments, including X‑ray when indicated
- Create and deliver personalized, evidence‑based care plans
- Provide chiropractic adjustments and lead progressive rehab programs
- Integrate decompression, laser therapy, and supportive modalities
- Educate patients and guide them through successful care graduation
- Collaborate closely with the team
- Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and team meetings
- Support community outreach and relationship‑building efforts
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited program
- Active Washington State license or ability to obtain promptly
- New graduates or chiropractors with 1–2 years of experience
- Coachable, motivated, and patient‑focused
- Strong communicator with a growth mindset
- Interested in leadership, advancement, and long‑term opportunity
