Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Primary Care Physician Assistant

Join the compassionate team at Pacific Medical Centers' Canyon Park clinic as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with part-time or full-time flexibility. This practice is known for serving the community and has a dedicated team of providers, support staff and effective leaders who foster a collegial work culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including military patients under the USFHP Plan.

• Open to both Family Medicine as well as Internal Medicine experience
• A minimum of 3 years of Primary Care NP experience is required
• Flexible FTE with 4-5 day work weeks
• Good practice location and diverse patient panels
• Outpatient Primary Care only
• Growth opportunities to teach and mentor future APC hires/APC students
• On-site labs and diagnostic services available
• Compensation is between $126,734 and $165,555 per year
• Providers may be eligible for a sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance
