Lead Physical Therapist – Bothell, WA

State‑of‑the‑Art Facility
  • Two large sensory gyms, a PT‑specific gym, and an outdoor therapy area.
  • Specialty spaces like a UV room, cement room (perfect for bikes), and dedicated feeding rooms.
  • Individual and shared therapy rooms and a well‑stocked equipment inventory.
  • Communal kitchen and lunch area, complete with snacks and an espresso bar.
Position Highlights

This private practice is in need of a Lead PT to join the team! Ongoing professional growth is supported through training in the Safe and Sound Protocol and paid onboarding with CEUs. You will play an active role in developing procedures and systems and will meet regularly with clinic leadership to continually implement best practices with the team. Work collaboratively across disciplines to support children and families.

Position

Details
  • Full‑time hours: 40 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling.
  • Productivity expectations: 75% caseload; 25% lead responsibilities.
  • Pay structure: Salary ranging from $90‑100k per year.
  • Responsibilities: Mentor the PT team, review documentation, conduct evaluations, provide therapy, and support new PTs through the onboarding process.
Qualifications
  • 5 years minimum as a PT (3+ years in pediatrics strongly preferred).
  • Must have a strong desire to work with the pediatric population long term.
  • Confident, outgoing, flexible, and proactive professional who seeks answers and enjoys collaboration.
  • Experience working with children who have ADHD and autism.
  • Experience working with infants; comfortable working with plagiocephaly and torticollis.
  • Must hold Washington Physical Therapist license.
