School Psychologist - Bothell, WA

Step into a rewarding contract role as a school psychologist, covering a maternity leave for a supportive district near Bothell, WA. This position runs from August 25, 2026, through December 4, 2026, offering the opportunity to positively impact students lives over the course of the fall semester. Qualifications and

Experience:

• Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Washington state
• Experience in K-12 settings and familiar with a variety of assessment tools
• Strong understanding of IEPs, 504 plans, and special education processes
• Skills in counseling, behavioral intervention, and consultation with faculty and parents
• Ability to manage documentation and meet state and district compliance timelines efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for special education services
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide insights for educational planning
• Deliver direct and indirect social-emotional support to students
• Analyze assessment data and generate comprehensive reports
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
• Support the implementation of behavioral and academic interventions
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of service
