Medical Affairs Project Manager supporting global Medical Affairs activities within a pharmaceutical or medical device organization, focusing on investigator-initiated studies (IIS), post-market studies, scientific communications, and vendor management.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate IIS governance, manage grants and budgets, oversee scientific publication processes, develop operational trackers, ensure compliance with GCP and SOPs, and support cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams.
QualificationsBachelor's degree (preferred) with minimum 5 years' experience in Medical Affairs Operations, Clinical Research, or related healthcare roles.
ExperienceExperience supporting IIS, post-market studies, and evidence-generation activities is preferred. Strong project management, organizational, vendor, and financial management skills required.
High-valueExperience with in medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, or energy-based technologies, with familiarity in global clinical and Medical Affairs operations, publication management platforms, SharePoint, Veeva, and CRM systems.
Work setupHybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote), with approximately 15% travel.
