What You'll Be Doing- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by reviewing, validating, and managing employee timekeeping data.
- Maintain employee records and process personnel changes while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Support I-9 and E-Verify activities and help drive compliance with employment and payroll requirements.
- Partner with supervisors and operational leaders to resolve payroll issues and improve process consistency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to employee and manager payroll inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and compliance processes with the ability to manage detailed information accurately.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Skilled at building partnerships and providing guidance to supervisors and employees on payroll-related matters.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems, with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication, problem solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based onsite in Bothell, WA, and operates in a dynamic office environment with regular collaboration across HR, Payroll, and Operations teams. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
