Summary
Owns the administration and operational performance of IT infrastructure systems including servers, storage, network, and backup systems. Serves as the primary escalation point and technical lead.
This is a temporary position employed through an agency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Administer servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network infrastructure
- Manage switching, firewall rule implementation, VPN, and wireless networks
- Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents
- Lead incident resolution for infrastructure‑related issues
- Lead root cause analysis and problem management efforts
- Execute and lead complex changes, upgrades, and deployments
- Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes are effective
- Maintain system performance, uptime, and reliability across all sites
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks
- Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance
- Coordinate with vendors and support multi‑site infrastructure needs
- Provides Cable Plant Management.
- Coordinates warranty service and return merchandise authorizations.
- Collects, records, and distributes technical and administrative documentation.
- Organizes technical and administrative electronic records assuring integrity.
- Assists with the development and compliance of department policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Comply with company Information Security requirements and policies
- Maintains a well‑organized and clean layout in defined storage areas.
- Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts.
- Other duties as assigned.

Associate degree or technical certification in Infrastructure Administration, a minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.…
