Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, where you will lead the configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This role offers the chance to bridge business requirements with system capabilities, driving efficiency in global supply chains across multi-entity organizations in the USA and India. Key Responsibilities- Conduct workshops to gather SCM requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Design solutions for procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and master planning integrated with F&O Finance.
- Configure core SCM modules optimized for automation and scalability.
- Lead data migration and set up integrations with external systems.
- Drive UAT, cutover planning, user training, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with technical architects and mentor junior consultants.
- 8-10 years in ERP/supply chain consulting, with 5 years hands-on in D365 F&O SCM/AX.
- Experience in USA/India implementations involving localization and multi-warehouse operations.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
- Certifications like MB-330 (SCM), MB-300 preferred.
- Strong process mapping skills and experience with Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder workshops and documentation.
- Proven expertise in high-volume SCM scenarios like vendor-managed inventory or advanced WMS.
- Experience with Agile/onshore-offshore delivery models.
