Romac Industries is seeking a detail-oriented ERP Product Data Specialist to manage and maintain accurate product structure data within our ERP system. This role is critical to ensure correct BOMs, routings, costing, and templates are maintained to support production planning and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven, process-focused environment, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and has experience working with large data sets and ERP systems.

Experience with SEQ (sequence management) is a plus.

Hours:8:30am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do

  • Initial entry and maintenance of item numbers and attributes, resources, production routings, and bills-of-material.
  • Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common inventory problems where the bills-of-material may be involved.
  • Respond to the needs and questions of Engineering concerning requests for information for new products and product modifications.
  • Respond to the needs and questions of Sales/Service Representatives and Purchasing Agents concerning requests for item numbers for sales orders.
  • Perform cost roll-ups and cost updates when required.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret general item requests (Sales, Purchasing, Planning, or Engineering), instructions, technical procedures, engineering drawings, releases, and modification forms
  • Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Intermediate math and problem solving skills
  • Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, drawing or faxed customer requests

Base Compensation Range:$28.00-$39.18 per hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
