We are seeking a Property-focused Inside Broker to market, negotiate, and bind complex commercial property risks in the E&S and wholesale marketplace. This role partners closely with retail agents and underwriters to structure competitive solutions and drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Do:- Market and place new and renewal commercial property risks
- Negotiate terms, pricing, deductibles, and coverage enhancements
- Analyze submissions including COPE data, loss runs, and valuations
- Build strong relationships with retail agents and carrier underwriters
- Drive production and revenue growth
- 3+ years wholesale property experience
- Strong understanding of CAT exposure, habitational, and large schedules
- Active insurance license
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
