Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, drawing on leadership that previously played key roles in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting‑edge therapies, including antibody‑drug conjugate therapies. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, a late‑clinical stage GSI; IM‑1021, a clinical‑stage ROR1 ADC; and IM‑3050, a FAP‑targeted radiotherapy that recently received IND clearance.
We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.
Immunome is building the commercial capabilities required to prepare for launch and scale a high‑performing field organization. The Director, Training & Development will own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for commercial training across Sales, Marketing, and other customer‑facing roles. This leader will design and deliver launch curricula, scalable onboarding, coaching and manager toolkits, and a continuous learning engine—while ensuring training governance, compliance, and medical accuracy in close partnership with Medical Affairs and Compliance.
This person will also design and deliver medical field training curricula.
In addition, this role will lead commercial development programming that supports people development across all Commercial functions. The Director will partner closely with HR to build and support all‑organization development initiatives, positioning Commercial to lead the way in designing and delivering high‑quality, impactful, and relevant development experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and own Immunome’s commercial training strategy, roadmap, and operating model for field teams (Sales, Marketing, and customer‑facing roles).
- Build scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs aligned to brand strategy, field competencies, and organizational priorities.
- Design, develop, and deliver launch curricula for Field Sales and field customer‑facing medical roles (as applicable), including selling skills, market landscape, competitive insights, objection handling, and customer engagement excellence.
- Create an all‑commercial competency model (role‑based expectations, proficiency levels, and assessment approach) to support readiness, development, and performance coaching.
- Establish and maintain a Sales Manager coaching framework, including manager toolkits, observation guides, field coaching routines, and reinforcement mechanisms.
- Implement and evolve training infrastructure, including learning platforms/LMS, SOPs, templates, and scalable content management processes.
- Build role‑based learning pathways and certification journeys that support launch readiness and ongoing development.
- Leverage modern enablement approaches (microlearning, blended learning, reinforcement, and knowledge checks) to improve retention and field application.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of launch meetings, National Sales Meetings (NSM), and cross‑functional field training events.
- Oversee agenda design, applied learning experiences, content development, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
- Design and deliver launch meeting workshops that translate brand strategy into field‑ready execution, including message pull‑through and scenario practice.
- Establish an evaluation strategy with dashboards, KPIs, and feedback loops to measure training effectiveness and readiness impact (completion, certification, proficiency, and field adoption).
- Partner with Sales Leadership and commercial stakeholders to assess performance gaps and deploy targeted learning solutions.
