HNN Communities is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager in Washington for hands-on management of a multifamily community. You will lead leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service levels.
You will recruit and coach staff, oversee marketing and events, and partner with HR and Finance to meet occupancy and financial goals. A degree in business and 2+ years in property management are preferred.
