About the roleWe re hiring Injection Mold Technicians to join our growing team in Seattle, WA. In this role you will operate production equipment, support manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality in a clean, safety‑focused environment.
We have positions available on day, night, and weekend shifts with attractive schedules working just 3 or 4 days per week – perfect for those who enjoy hands‑on work, steady income, and long‑term career growth.

- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and follow standard work instructions
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Achieve production targets and support team goals
- Accurately complete production documentation and system entries
- High School education or GED required; AA Degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in plastics manufacturing
- Injection Mold experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous forklift experience and experience using ERP systems preferred, but not required – training provided
- Work performed primarily on the manufacturing floor; noise levels may be moderate to high; PPE required
- Approximately 80% hands‑on production work and 20% clerical tasks
- Regular lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 45 lbs
- Exposure to varying temperatures
- May require standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and coordinated hand/foot movements
This is designated as a Safety Sensitive position.
