Position SummaryManufacturing Associates support routine cell‑therapy production. Candidates will demonstrate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety, quality, and compliance while working effectively in a team setting.

- Learn and execute cell‑therapy manufacturing operations in compliance with governing documents.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Batch Records, and related forms.
- Perform transactions in electronic systems and adhere to business‑continuity processes.
- Prioritize safety, report events within 24 hours, and promptly address compliance risks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation during manufacturing.
- Operate in a cleanroom environment, enforce aseptic procedures, and sustain environmental controls.
- Continuously improve manufacturing techniques to shorten operational times.
- Train peers on Source Governing Documents and verify training completion.
- Execute daily unit‑operation schedules across multiple shifts.
Reports to the Manager, Manufacturing Operations.
Qualifications – Education- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
- 1+ year of cGMP cell‑therapy manufacturing, bioprocessing, or related experience.
- Experience working on collaborative teams that deliver results.
- Proficient with common computer tools (word processing, spreadsheets, web applications).
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics and cell therapy.
- Cell therapy manufacturing experience, including cell washing, expansion, separation, cryopreservation, and automated equipment.
- Stand, walk, and maintain a cleanroom environment; worker‑safety gear required.
- Lift up to 30 lb (15 kg) and push/pull up to 50 lb (25 kg) repeatedly.
- Work in ISO 5 biosafety cabinets and BSL‑2/ML‑1 conditions with blood components or liquid nitrogen exposure.
- Shift work, including day, evening, night, weekends, and holidays.

Bothell, WA, US: $33.67–$40.80 per hour (full‑time). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may apply.
