Our Associates perform a crucial role in driving our novel cell therapy programs by supporting routine manufacturing operations. We are searching for innovative, intellectually curious individuals with a general understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to support routine manufacturing operations for Cell Therapy. Successful candidates must be goal‑oriented and flexible, working effectively on a team while demonstrating safety, quality, and GMP compliance at all times.
Responsibilities- Learn and execute Cell Therapy Manufacturing operations.
- Perform patient process unit operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and batch records.
- Execute transactions and processes in all electronic systems.
- Prioritize safety of self and others.
- Report safety events within 24 hours.
- Escalate any issues that may impact safety.
- Complete documentation required by governing controlled documents and batch records.
- Adhere to safety policies, SOPs, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
- Complete required training assignments to ensure technical skills and knowledge.
- Train for proficiency in process systems and supporting business systems.
- Execute the daily unit operations schedule, managing people, product, and material flow across shifts.
- Maintain manufacturing environmental conditions, performing area disinfection as required.
- Continuously refine and improve manufacturing processes to improve operational times.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; minimum high school diploma required.
- 0–1 year of cGMP cell therapy or bioprocessing manufacturing experience.
- Proven experience working on collaborative, result‑oriented teams.
- Proficiency with common computer tools (word processing, spreadsheets, web applications).
- Meticulous attention to detail and personal accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; attentive and approachable.
- Professional relationship with area management and co‑workers.
- Basic understanding of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing preferred.
Shift: Swing – Thu–Sat (alternate Wed) 11:00–11:30.
- Stand/walk for extended periods.
- Work in a cleanroom, performing aseptic processing in ISO5 biosafety cabinets with gowning and personal protective equipment.
- Carry and/or lift up to 30lb / 15kg, several times a day.
- Push and/or pull up to 50lb / 25kg, several times a day.
- Work in areas that may have strong magnets.
- Operate in BSL2 / ML1 environments handling human blood components.
- Exposure to vapor phase liquid nitrogen.
- Work assigned shift, including day, evening, night, weekends, and/or holidays.
Bothell, WA – $30.61–$37.09 per hour for full‑time employees. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility.
