Pay Range: $27/h- $32/h; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

A leading electronics and RF manufacturing company is seeking an experienced RF Test Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, and assembly of medium and high-power RF amplifiers operating across a broad frequency range.

This is a hands-on production environment role focused on manufacturing validation and troubleshooting rather than engineering design or QA testing.

• Understanding of RF impedance matching
• Experience using a vector network analyzer (VNA)
• The successful candidate will have experience running production validation testing (production is the key here, not an engineering QA role)
• High School Diploma required, Technical School certificate is a plus
• 3-5 years of Manufacturing Experience, preferably with Radio Frequency, experience with RF lab equipment, understanding of RF concepts a big plus
• Physical ability to move up to 10 lbs. of equipment (moving parts from a cart to the bench and back)
• Attention to detail and processes
• Willingness to learn the necessary concepts and tools to identify and debug production failures
• Ability to do basic soldering for electronics is a plus
