Role
Senior commercial leader overseeing the US Precision Medicine Thoracic Franchise for Pfizer's oncology portfolio, focusing on biomarker-driven therapies for NSCLC, including LORBRENA and BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI.
Responsibilities- develop and execute AI-enabled marketing strategies leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics, and next-best-action tools;
- lead cross-functional teams to align brand, diagnostic, and customer engagement strategies;
- set multi-year portfolio visions, anticipate market shifts, and shape lifecycle management;
- connect marketing efforts to patient outcomes through metrics and feedback loops;
- coordinate with Market Access to address reimbursement challenges;
- lead and develop a high-performing marketing team;
- influence senior leadership with strategic insights;
- ensure compliance and effective communication across channels.
- 12+ years pharma experience with proven success in AI/data-driven marketing, US product launches, and lifecycle management;
- strong leadership, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills;
- experience in oncology or biomarker-driven therapies preferred.
