Sales Enablement Specialist

• Coordinate and track project tasks related to New Product Introductions (NPI), End-of-Life (EOL) programs, and campaigns
• Assist in creating and distributing sales and clinical communication materials and resources for Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Clinical Specialist teams globally
• Support coordination and logistics of training sessions and sales enablement activities
• Maintain and update sales enablement content repositories to ensure current and consistent messaging
• Gather feedback from sales and clinical teams to improve enablement materials and resources
• Contribute to content development with guidance from senior team members
• Support measurement and reporting related to sales enablement activities to track adoption and impact
• Assist with marketing communication plans, NPI and EOL project tasks, and multichannel campaigns to increase product awareness and generate leads

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, marketing coordination, communications, or related roles
• Exposure to customer-facing healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries is a plus but not mandatory
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point
• Experience supporting sales or training teams is beneficial
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement customer communication strategies
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills
• Appreciation for graphic design principles and ability to work within brand guidelines
• Comfortable coordinating training logistics and supporting event execution
• Analytical mindset with basic reporting and data interpretation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under direction in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and content development
• Ability and availability to travel up to 10%, including training programs, commercial meetings, and industry events; occasional weekend travel may be required
• Ability to occasionally lift and move equipment, training materials, and ultrasound systems

Demonstrates strong project coordination and communication skills, with the ability to develop customer communication strategies and support sales enablement activities. Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while leveraging analytical skills for reporting and data interpretation.
