Description
Outpatient Infusion nurse has knowledge of oncology, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management, port‑a‑caths and all venous access devices. Applies the nursing process in direct patient care and coordinates the interdisciplinary team to intervene based on assessment findings.
Required Qualifications- Nursing degree or diploma.
- Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two years of nursing experience.
- Two years of oncology experience.
- Chemotherapy administration experience.
